Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of any issues via info@bayanaturals.co.uk so that we can do our best to resolve this matter.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns on our items.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or refuse them. All refunds will be assessed on an individual basis and we will notify you of your approval or rejection of your refund.

If a refund is approved, payment will be returned to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.

Delivery and/or courier charges are non-refundable.
