Shipping Policy

We currently only ship to the UK and Northern Ireland.

We are dedicated to offering you a fast and efficient service.

All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Saturday, will be dispatched on the same day

Once your order has been processed it will be shipped with a next day delivery service via Royal Mail 24 HR Tracked Service.

Order tracking information is provided for all orders following your order dispatch.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Baya Naturals UK cannot be held liable for deliveries to the wrong address by customer mistake. The order will be sent to the same address provided at the time of the order. In the case that an error has been made, the customer must contact the team using the support email info@bayanaturals.co.uk to amend the shipping information. Whilst we will do our best to assist, once an order has been posted we are unable to make any amendments.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that someone is able to receive your order on the date of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our Elderberry Syrup we cannot issue a refund or be held liable for any missed deliveries. In the event that the order is returned to us and the customer wishes for the order to be re shipped - it is the customers responsibility to cover the new shipping cost in full.

Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your order once before the parcel can only be collected from your local delivery office. Alternatively, you can also rearrange for a redelivery by using your tracking number on the Royal Mail website.
